Terms and Conditions:
Before any artwork is printed, beautiful accessories will send artwork design to client for approval.
On design work approval please check and confirm the spelling, dates and info are all correct before agreeing to printing. We will not take any responsibility for incorrect spelling or dates or wording, after printing when customer agreed to printing.
Once artwork is approved, any changes to order will be made. The first 3 designs will be free of charge.
We will evaluate all logo’s/graphics/photos supplied to make sure the quality is good enough for print. If the quality is poor, we will discuss options with the client before printing.
Should poor quality artwork be provided to us and client decides to proceed with printing, beautiful accessories will and can not be held responsible for the results of the product.
We at beautiful accessories will always do our best to match artwork to the client’s desire. However, there might be times where an exact colour match or design match (such as fonts and layout) isn’t possible. We cannot be held responsible for such mismatches, but we will do our best to
advise the client of this beforehand where possible.
All our orders are custom made, therefore once an order has been accepted the client is
liable for payment in full. No work will be done on any item until proof of payment not revived.
Because of this fact we also do not accept the following:
No returns
No refunds
No exchanges
If beautiful accessories has made a mistake on an order, please inform us within 3 days of receipt of
order. We at beautiful accessories will then advise the client on further steps. If product is returned for this reason, the product must be returned without being used in same condition as received when we made the product.
If beautiful accessories supply the items to be printed on please understand the following, as we use various suppliers:
We are not responsible if the cut, length or colour of any product is not what the client expected.
We are not responsible if the quality of the item isn’t what the client expected or if the item loses shape or colour in any way afterwards. When you would like to use your own products, please confirm with beautiful accessories as not all products can be used for printing. When own products supplied by customer and any damages occur during printing or colour mismatched we will not be held responsible.
With this said, we will always do our best to satisfy our clients and will never
intentionally provide sub standard items. Should we have the item for viewing, we will be more than happy to accommodate our clients.
When items are washed incorrectly or bleached and damages occur , we will not be held responsible for any damages on any products.
Canceled orders
If you are interested in product or one of our items and the customer agrees to terms that beautiful accessories must go a head with any art work, and the customer desires not to take the item a fee will be charged for the time spend on the designing and art work.
All orders accepted are final.
Should the client wish to cancel an order after it has been accepted, the client will forfeit deposit/payment.
If order is canceled after it has already been made, the client is still liable for full payment.
Beautiful accessories will do our best to complete orders within 3-7 business days (depending on stock availability) unless otherwise discussed with client. Big orders such as signs or bulk orders
will take longer and customer will be kept up to date at all times.
Rush order, if it is possible to do, will be done at an additional charge.
Care instructions
Wooden and MDF Products:
Wooden product is not water proof
Do not scratch on printed side.
Do not over load key rings on wooden key ring Plastic printed Products:
Plastic products is not water proof, rubbing on printed side might remove the printing.
Do not Scratch on printed side.
Sticker Vinyl on Products:
Any product printed with sticker vinyl is not Dish-wash safe, Hand wash only.
Use a mild soap when cleaning
If cleaning on area can be avoided please do. Mugs and Jars:
Do not dish-wash, hand wash only Use mild soap when cleaning
Use luke warm water.
Vinyl cutting & vinyl printing on fabric
Do not iron on print
Do not tumble dry
Do not bleach
Cool wash only
Wash inside out
Any other Sublimated products:
Do not wash in the Dishwasher, hand wash only, mild soap, luke warm water.
Sublimated fabric products, Do not tumble dry, do not bleach cool wash only.
Do not scratch or rub on printed area.
beautiful accessories will not be responsible for damage to any items if the care instructions were not followed.

Please inform us when insurance must be added when courier delivery will be used, we will not be held responsible for any damages during courier
Re-sellers:
The price given above is the best price we can give, please do not ask for discount.
Do do not ask for display products as we design and producer all products on customers request.
Please confirm selling, dates and quotes with your customers before approving printing and designing.
Before sending example of the products to customers confirm with Driven printing first as some of the photos and designs on the products are confidential.
